Origins of the word ~inherence~
The word “inherence” originates from a latin word “inhaereo.” It is interesting that this word means both “cleave, split” and “stick, adhere”. It indicates that there are at least two distinct parts that are strongly connected and forming one whole. So even if those two components are separate, they cannot function separately without each other.
The dictionary of philosophy defines “inherence” as “the relation of an attribute to its subject.” For example, blowing is an inherent attribute of wind. Wind can’t exist without blowing. And when air moves (blows) we call it wind.
It is a state of inhering, permanent existence in something; innateness; inseparable and essential connection; permanently present in something; indwelling.
“I cling or adhere to.”
“I engage deeply or closely in.”
“I am closely connected with.”
The same characteristics apply to the structure of our consciousness. There are substantially separate components that must be indwelling in each other, intimately connected, present to each other and inseparable. If they are not, we experience anxiety, depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, feeling of being lost, excessive control, lack of satisfaction, inner emptiness and looking for solution in wrong places temporarily patching the inner discomfort. At the same time emotions and thoughts do whatever they want. There is an inner dis-order, and feeling of dis-connect from the deeper Self.
The Inherence Process
The process is a very elegant and simple path that directs and leads your attention and energy back to the deeper Self.
Common belief tells us that in order to do that we need to address traumas that happened to us in childhood or later, or in previous generations. And to some extent it is very true. Many people get profoundly healed by doing that and their lives improve dramatically. Doing this type of work may take a long time, especially when you want to dig through a mountain of unnecessarily stored traumas, memories, emotions and events. And if you are persistent, you will get significant results.
Deeper than trauma
However, this is not the end of going deep and inside. Underneath all of the layers of traumas that you store in your subconscious space, there is even a deeper layer that operates in your unconscious space. This is a very instinctual area, that the ordinary conscious mind has no access to. In this place there are also very deep elements of your inner Self and of your human identity. When the components of the deeper Self are misaligned it produces an additional set of emotions that are NOT a result of trauma you experienced in life, but a result of the misalignment itself. And because it is in the unconscious space, you don’t realize you have it.
These emotions are responsible for a very deep need to hold on to the trauma, belief or emotional pattern that you don’t want to have according to your conscious mind.
You will swear that you absolutely don’t want to experience something, and yet, when you get to the unconscious automatic area, you clearly see that you are the one who holds on to it, and nobody else is doing it to you.
The unconscious need
The Inherence Process gently and instantly takes you to that deep personal area. You suddenly discover that the trauma or event itself is not important so much. What is truly important is the question“Why am I still holding on to it? If I REALLY don’t want to experience it, why doesn’t it listen to me and go away?”It is because there is ALWAYS this additional layer of the deep personal need to have it. But since it is in the unconscious, you feel like you are helpless and can’t do much about it. So the mind pretends that it doesn’t exist.
Facing yourself
The Inherence Process allows you to see your personal unrealized interest in holding on to something you don’t want. It allows you to take true responsibility for your deeper Self. You get transparent with yourself and you see your truth. During the process there is only you looking at you and there is no place to hide from yourself. It allows you to finally leave your deep comfort zone and enter a new dimension of yourself. You connect back to you inner Power, because by releasing your unconscious deep attachment to what you don’t prefer, you align pieces of your inner structure back in order. In the area where the connection gets restored, everything flows again. And the flow is the Love itself.
Comfort zones
Working with comfort zones usually entails dealing with the fear of leaving your safe and known place. This is the animal part of you that feels comfortable with what it knows, and gets into alert mode when there is something new.
However, the human being experiences another deeper dimension of comfort zones that are underneath the animalistic survival instinct. It is intimately connected with a characteristic we call humanity and being humane. Leaving this comfort zone is particularly difficult because it feels like the death of your false ego that represents your human identity. Nevertheless, there is no other way if you want to become a true human being with divine qualities.
The Inherence Process is designed to direct your attention right to that level. It flushes out emotions and beliefs you didn’t know you had. Your conscious mind can finally take a break from unfruitful searching. The process helps you to release it, and reconnect with you true core Self. Whether you want to do it is completely up to you and you only.
Elegant and gentle
The Inherence Process is elegant and gentle. There is no need for fight or struggle. You don’t deal directly with your traumas here, but with your very personal misaligned levels of who you really are. When you feel your true core self, the traumas just fall off of you because they serve no purpose anymore.
Safe and flexible
The Inherence Process can be applied at different depths of the construction of your consciousness. Your own Self will guide you how deep to go. If your system is not ready to dive deep at the first go, you will take smaller steps. This safety mechanism is built in the process.
